Change

As our life changes, we learn to adapt,
but all adjustments aren’t seen to be best.
At change’s outset we may feel trapped,
and often these changes leave us depressed.
At the outset, change can leave a bad feeling,
and we may long for the bygone days we had.
While the benefits of most change is appealing,
many times it becomes just the latest life fad.
