Notes About The Poem

Written 28th September, 2026

Center of all Truth

I can With honey words and flower kisses
And the dew of sweet half-truths
of old quaint love-tales foredone.

in the twilight I sit in whispers
as far-heard bells.

have I known that gay youth that is gone
As the shadow of wind.

Nay, I am ever swept upward
To the centre of all truth

So must I Rapt into this flame

"Follow! Follow!"

And in the power be reborn.
together this power must we,

Cry eternally:

"I come, And again,

"Follow,"

we may not tarry.

I am sure Ezra Pound didn't see this inside his poem.❤️

This poem touches on themes of parting and eternal love with heartfelt emotion. Its straightforward structure makes the message clear and poignant, capturing the essence of love transcending death, well-composed.

It's strange what hides inside another poem.❤️

A lovely poem on truth. Indeed, truth can be half truth, falsehood veiled as truth, silence that may speak of truth and real truth, that is found deep down the inner self, the realisation that one is not just body and mind but an eternal soul. The goal of our journey of life is to cleanse this soul, birth after birth so that at days` end we may merge with the Supreme Whole.
