Celestial Travels

Celestial pillows
fluffed with stardust
Cosmic dreams encircle
the tortured hours
of my sleep
I wander
over the galactic halo
Visit globular clusters
Older than time itself
Visit years yet to be
Encounter lovers...
long lost
Engage planetesimals
of pain
Smashing together
in agony
of existence
Creation-
born of pain...
Collision of loves
Unmet, restless
Atoms of
disillusionment
Where are the words?
Where are the touches
Where are my loved
and faded stars
Galaxies apart
Clusters of hurt
Light eons
of time misplaced
The universe swarming
with life
and death...
In the end they are the same
And everywhere
Is the center of the universe
and you travel on forever
You are the center
of your universe
Rightfully so
Travel on...travel on
Gather wisdom
in your travels
Gather love of life
Whatever form it takes
We are all the same.
