Celestial Moment

Out past the moon,
                  above the stars,
            my lover waits for me.
                 It shan’t be long,
                 until I arrive and
          set our hearts then free.
                She waits for me,
              throughout the day,
            until the night arrives.
                For as sun sets,
                 upon the earth,
      that’s when we come alive
