Celestial Bodies

Celestial bodies,
coming together as one.
Finally at home in each other
after roaming the galaxies
alone & scared.
Finding comfort & home
in each touch of the skin.
Trying to hold back,
but it avails to none.
How can we hide
from the soul that
has held us in many past ones?
When our knowings of us
aren’t limited to
just this one.
No more grabbing or grasping,
choking or having to heal
from more loves.
You are the one that I want,
whom my soul loves.

Dear Kendall, what an exquisite poem.. so deep, so rich, so soul-full, so much love. The love of many lifetimes finding/waiting for the one perfect time/life to surrender completely to a love together. I adore this superb piece. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
