Cavity
Devastating news about war flood into our T.V. screens;
switching channels doesn't help much. A familiarity with
violence will hit you back in every switch of a button.
The oceans are piled with plastic wastes and nets,
that are choking the life out of whales and turtles.
Street people are throwing insults at us,
when we don't have a penny to give.....
All these are problems;
we've fed them with so much indifference,
that they've weakened our harmony,
creating a cavity that pains,
and cannot be ignored.....
