Caveat Emptor

I learned the lesson “let the buyer beware”
When I didn’t have that much money I could spare,
Took by an itinerant grifter
Who was quite a likeable drifter
He took me for a ride and didn’t even care!

They also hurt the causes of innocent, needing people who cannot get help.
