Caught In the Spirit
I battle my demons everyday,
And sometimes forget to pray
I fail and try and try again
Hoping someday i will prevail
From these demons that darken my soul,
Hoping to soil my road
Without the Lord i am truly blind
And clouded is my mind,
I am sorry for all the damage i have caused
And thankful for your mercy when i forget to pause
Help me be a better person for whom i am bound
And help my soul become resound.
