Cat

The bearded lady comfortably sprawled

on several coats and blankets left

haphazardly to where she'd crawled.

Then looking right at me with

utter nonchalance, she

sat and sat and sat. . .

with small goatee

so fluffy.

What a

CAT!

I can see her now, looking back with "utter nonchalance". Cats are so human, aren't they? Salutations on your fine cat piece (and win).

Ahh! Reads like a great contender for the contest. My Cindy gets very thin in summer because she doesn't eat like she should because of the heat. Thanks for dropping by. Sara

I love cats Andrea and have had one or more most of my life. My daughter just got a three month old male kitten who is so playful he lets the girls drag him all over and is so loving. I miss having a cat now.Your Etheree expresses their personality so well. I enjoyed this sweet entry. : )
