A short time ago we were in Italy and watched this old man fishing with just a line hook and bread it was peaceful watching him, and he did catch his dinner.

I seen him while we were in Italy, he appeared to be quite content, sometimes wasting time can be relaxing. So in the end is it a waste of time?
