I Love lots of vegetables with cheese, be Parmesan, cheddar, ricotta, etc. etc... So many cheeses out there.Simply a delicious dish! Who needs meat all the time anyway? Lol... Very nice poem in form, and all, Rhonda! :) love and light! xxxxx D.
