Carpe Diem

CARPE DIEM
 (In memory of Robin Williams—“Seize the Day”©Dead Poets Society)

as I write and as you read
time churls and runs its
furious speed

never be a victim of
down cast past events
hold onto love

launch with cosmic lightning storms
through all explosions
our life transforms 

unlock cold winter days
let warmth and light shine
with praise ablaze

choose paths least travelled
explore whilst new encounters
are unravelled

where roads run to the ocean
and the ocean
runs forever
into
Infinity

SEIZE
THE
DAY
