For years I have been running away from within Afraid to approach you bound by my sin Then I heard about something that could change my life I was captured by grace and I ceased from my strife. Come boldly my child out goes the call He gives mercy and grace it is available to all Finding help for my battle against doubt and fear Resisting the devil by faith I draw near. Living under grace victorious over sin Believing by faith that he lives within Redeemed by his blood ransomed from the fall By trusting in Jesus I can overcome it all. I was captured by his mercy and grace Transformed by his Spirit empowered for the race Victorious with him as my conquering king My heart now shouts his praises I sing.
