Can'T Get It Right

Well I dream about you most every night,
But I can’t live with you cause we’d only fight.
You’re the first in the morning my last thought at night,
I think about you but we can’t  get it right.

Chorus:
Can't get it right.....like we did when we met,
Can’t get it right......and I can’t forget.
That we love each other it was love at first sight,
But we can’t live together cause we can’t get it right.
 
You know there’s no other and I swear that’s true,
I can’t love another and be thinking of you.
We tried in the past to make our wrongs right,
We tried and we failed cause we can’t get it right.
 
Before we give up and go our own way,
And sign all the papers with nothing to say.
Can you love another? Will it feel all right?
Another might hold you, but you can’t get it right.
 
If were not together like we were in the past,
I know through it all that our love will last.
We can’t live together we’d only fight,
But I can’t live without you cause I can’t get it right.
