Candles

I light a candle every morning and stare at its shifting colors, yellowish-orange, bluish purple and blissful black,
The hypnotizing, esoteric beauty in the flickering of its flame,
I'm in an absolute serenity,
I'm in an absolute serenity.

Beautiful, Khadidja. I love the way you finish the poem with a mantra. The repetition is perfect.
