Can You Feel It
Can you feel it
Hope you feel the heat now
Hope you can see through
The lies and scars of brutality
Hope now you understand
That they are not meant
For us
Hope you see the flames
Of fire And for sure
Those are not the flames
Of peace
Can you feel it
Can you see them now
They that promised
Us heaven on earth
I knew they lied
It is obvious Today
Hope you are still strong
To stand alone
Cos we are always alone
Despite the huge ceremonial
Leadership of no truth
And justice
It so sad our towns are
Full of confusion
From the east South North
And west
The heat is hot now
Can you feel it
So Tell the world
What you feel
It does no harm
A Dedication to all victims
Of conflict in Africa
