Can It Be
Can it happen this very day;
That a thin ray of mercy from the heavens,
Hits towards my dark hideout,
And shines all the way?
And,
Can it be that I am saved;
From the wrath of man,
That tosses,this,my life,to and fro;
Like rejected sacrifice?
And,
Can it come to pass,
That the living hope of promises;
Written well that all will be well,
Be well tonight?
