Can I Ask You a Question

Hey my talented friend
how do you do it?

Your poetry is out of this
world.

You inspire and encourage
me so much.

Can I ask you something?

Can you lend me your muse
because mines is on the loose.

I realize that I'm actually not qualified to comment, as you addressed this to talented folks. BUT I certainly enjoyed it anyway! :) gw

I had to laugh at this Alexis. My muse often hides away from me. Reading others poetry helps inspire her to come out of hiding. Loved this! : )

This poem brought a bright smile to my face, Alexis. Such a delightful ending. I often wait on my lost muse to return by doing other things I enjoy to occupy my empty creative thoughts. Love this poem tho'. Love and more love always.

I had a seven year pause and then had my most prolific period of writing. You never know when or where your muse will appear.
