"From God we all came and He is to blame.
Day after day life became like a big game.
Day after day can live without finding fortune and fame.
Such a shame when to life can loose your claim.
Such a shame when others with your mind you may maim.
Weapons are out of control when them never did tame.
Was it either you who were dumbfounded or the dame?
What do things look like when done on the lame?
Bigger and wider the fire, hotter and higher the flame.
More likely to hit target when you will take aim.
Lastly, for best looking picture better find a nice frame."

"And just remember, the most important things reside
inside and lesser important things exist on outer edges.
When someone's attention want to steel and rob, best
way to do it is with a big snow job. Did I really say that?"

Will Rogers, Robert Frost and Ogden Nash would be
proud, enamored and know that I used them for examples.
Notice carefully. I didn't say I copied them. Not only that,
you can quote me on anything you want to. It won't hurt
any at all and of course I will not be offended if you say
all my poems are open-ended. Had to make room for your
mind to expand on them for a while. You can call it the Horn
Poetry Expansionist Theory. Jim Horn
