Calm Days

I simply want to be your calm days,
kiss you while you’re strawberry hunting.
Whether at the store or on the farm
there’s no harm in chasing that sugar.

Kiss you while you’re strawberry hunting,
lie in cut grass in the warm sunshine.
There’s no harm in chasing that sugar,
fly high on a berry season buzz.

Lie in cut grass in the warm sunshine,
do you taste fresh ice cream on my lips?
Fly high on a berry season buzz,
it’s been a while since it’s been this good.

Do you taste fresh ice cream on my lips?
Try not to gobble me whole relax.
It’s been a while since it’s been this good.
Let’s take the season off and unwind.

Try not to gobble me whole relax,
whether at the store or on the farm.
Let’s take the season off and unwind,
I simply want to be your calm days.
