Call Me, Friend

Where struggles the heart of another
I will be there to assist and brighten
My aspirations remain to be friends
And to lift the spirit of those I cherish
If you find yourself in peril, with worry
As the mood of life changes with the wind
Call my name, I will do my best
To consistently better your life
Through words, actions and laughter
Call me, friend

I'd be so proud to call you friend. If I can ever write half as well as you do I'll be so content. BG
