Calibrated Thoughts

Calibrated thoughts, require a stress test
Nous finely balanced, seems level headed
Evenly spaced, til our needle’s threaded
Suggestion feels good, but hard to digest
Fabric lacked substance, loosely it divests
Too good to be true, lies come embedded
Calibrated thoughts

Pattern emerges, brainwashed by request
Repetitious doctrine, substance shredded
Scales upend, exactly what they dreaded
The crap never stops, leaving us depressed
Calibrated thoughts

I try not to be indoctrinated by others if I feel it is not correct. Getting easily brainwashed is a general tendency now. We should always develop our rational thinking ! We should be genuine and souldn't put off all our minor eccentricites. It is that makes everyone unique ! Fantastic diction and profound thoughts, David.

Thank you Valsa, it’s amazing how many people are susceptible to the lies and indoctrination of others esp on internet platforms, and are so taken in by it, they in turn start spreading it further, a little bit of simple research will debunk this nonsense, but for some reason they seem to accept the brainwashing effect, I do wonder sometimes if they are actually hypnotised by calibrated thoughts, cheers David

The orchestra is fine. It's the out of sync conductors that worry me. Another great piece David. Cheers - Gary

Well put Gary, they are totally remorseless in their pursuit of whatever the hell they get off on, i.e. bringing others down with them, cheers David

Indeed Tom, where do these people get off, trying to befriend us and brainwash us all at once, so many fall for their crap because of the calibrated way they instil it, and vulnerability of the intended victims, Have a great weekend too, cheers David

I'll not be tested or have my thoughts calibrated by anyone. If I'm unbalanced, just leave me that way. As long as I can walk, talk, and know my name, I'll be ok. Where do you get these fantastically off the wall ideas, David?

Me neither Jenna, damn conspiracy theorists, and know alls, are relentless in modern day life, the ideas I sometimes find somewhere between the conscious and unconscious, when on the cusp of sleep, that would be the subconscious, lol, cheers David
