By My Stripes

"As I told you so long ago, by My stripes you have been healed.
Learn to believe that this is so.
It is by faith and not by chance that I have brought you to this turn
in the road.
I want you to be brave and reach out your hand, and put your tiny
hand into mine.
For I will hold you fast and not let you fall.
I love you so, this you ought to know.
Even though your sins are as scarlet red,
I have covered you with my love which has made your darkness as
white as snow.
Come do not be afraid for what I have planned for you is good
and not evil.
I only want you to learn your lessons well,
to know that perfect love does cast out fear.
Always, always I want you to draw near even if dying to your
old self is so very painful for you My love.
After the pain there is the joy of learning to understand Me as
your friend and divine Lord.
So let us make our way in this world together.
Come My love let us live, work, play and dream together in My
Father's... your Father's promised land.
I just know that you can and that you really want to.
Just remember how much I truly do love you."
