Bright blue butterfly I saw you flutter by Upon a zephyr breeze Brilliant bejewelled wings They dazzled me My heart with joy it sings I watched you dance From bush to plant Sipping nectar through your tongue Basking blissfully in the summer heat spreading your wings out in the sun Butterflies of beauty contest Sponsored by Mystic Rose 01~09~17

Where we live, we don't see a lot of blue ones, but on the Pacific Coast they are abundant. Congrats on your great piece and of course on your placement. I like the image of dancing and jewels.

I've never seen a blue butterfly either here or in the Uk - sadly I see fewer and fewer butterflies of any type over the last few years:-( hugs Jan xx
