But That Rain Never Drops
The vines in a bower want to sway in the breeze,
A lonesome brook wants to run zigzag
From a mountain foot,
But the rain never drops!
A rainbow wants to expands its
Dazzling beauty in the horizon,
But the rain never drops!
Dusts and dark smoke
I breathe in the deceptive air,
But the rain never drops!
Every day at the dead end of a narrow alley
Wind blows and whirls in the sky,
Lightning dazzles at the edge of darkness,
But the rain never drops,
Like clouds my prodigious desires and
Dry hopes traverse from valley to valley,
But the rain never drops,
The rain never drops
In my weary, thirsty and longing pool,
Like an anxious bird I return to my nest,
But the rain never drops!
