You brought me a translucence 
of amber for my burnished bouquet.
Love was an ebullience of golden wheat,
our laughter a resplendence of sunflowers.

Hi, Connie. I am doing well, just going through a dry spell poetry wise. Plus I am busier these days as my aunt's care-giver. It's flattering that Emile thought enough of my form to use it in a contest. It's good to hear from you and I hope you and your family have been doing well.
