Burn

hearts they break souls they crush voice they shun dreams they shatter what's it like to be in love you ask? ask them what heartbreak is, and they'll weave stories intricacy in the web of lies they've spun naivete is a cruel thing darling, for the words may flatter but the truth will devour you Materialistic world Materialistic you wishing for love so true when you're rotten don't let the hope go to rest for in every minefield, there's a treasure every love song you play may it tear you up may it make you smile for what is life, If it's not a fresh burn of memory?
