Brown,  you come to me
with warmth and complete resolve.
You are not flashy or pretentious
but content to stand back
and stay out of the spotlight..
Strong and comforting I turn to you
and bathe in your quiet promise.

They say that colors can effect our mood, and I think that's true. Brown is a warm, cozy and comforting color. And, I agree with Donna, brown is the color of things we enjoy, like chocolate and teddy bears! This was an interesting poem for the colors contest. Great work! Congratulations on your win!
