Brother dear

Brother dear 


Those childhood days 
of endless play,
with laughter bright 
and skies grey;
You were my shadow, 
by my side,
my younger brother, 
my heart’s pride.

With curious eyes 
and spirit bold,
A treasure chest 
of dreams untold;
In every game,
in every quest,
You gave your all, 
you gave your best.

We shared the secrets 
of our youth,
The whispered hopes, 
the simple truth;
Through ups and downs, 
through thick and thin,
Our bond so strong,
unbreakable within.

Now as you grow 
and find your way,
In the world’s vast 
and grand display;
I watch with pride 
as you embrace,
Each challenge met, 
each dream you chase.

Your kindness shines, 
your courage true,
In every step, 
in all you do;
You make us proud, 
you make us see,
The strength and grace 
you’ll always be.

Though time moves on 
and paths may part,
You hold a place 
within my heart;
For brothers share 
a timeless thread,
In every word 
and thought unsaid.

So here’s to you, 
my brother dear,
With all my love 
and endless cheer;
May life bring joy 
and dreams come true,
For no one’s braver, 
no one’s like you.
