Abhijit Das Poet Rhyme

Broken World

World is broken with so much divisions, 
In the name of races, caste, creed and religions. 
We all humans use to call ourselves so civilized, 
But our minds have become so much marginalized.
We all are at one hand following certain path with strong determination, 
And on other hand killing each other with a mind full of discrimination. 
In the name of our own mad thought we have become so blind, 
That we have created so much walls within our own mind. 
Are we brave enough to move forward?
Or are we moving back like a coward? 
Today we have so much technology for us to progress,
But we have also got a heart which is full of distress. 
Instead of hating why can't we love each other, 
Why can't we see everyone as our own brother? 
Today my thought is sounding so strange, 
But I am sure one day this broken world will change.
