Broken Promises
I want to write you a love note
for the entire universe to see
But the love I had for you is gone
It came out of me like a river of blood
Yesterday I saw forever in your eyes
Today all I see is broken promises
If I stay with you I will lose myself
I will be no more, I will surely die
Why try to hold on to the memory of yesterday
This relationship is dead and it's just a mirage
It would take a miracle to resurrect this sham
Yesterday I believed in us and miracles
Today I don't believe in anything at all
Because I found that it's a waste of time
I stare at this blank piece of paper
but the ink that have is blood
