Bright Eyes

Your eyes a paler blue,
A misty shade of grace,
For all the angels knew,
A forming love and tight embrace,

Your eyes the ocean waves,
An iridescent fever,
The love all beauty craves,
Left raw as blood is pure,

Your eyes a turquoise lightning,
Burning beneath the moonlit sky,
The trace of passion brightening,
Calm mystery with each goodbye,

Your eyes my guided smile,
A map of promised stars,
Granted time an unknown while,
Fullfilled traits true love acquires...
