Brief Memories Are Fleeting Moments

We realize that living form day to day, we cling to memories to cherish sentiments; tenderer they are in lovely and radiant smiles, colder and lifeless they are in loveless and uncaring hearts. Grasp them, don't let them get away; brief memories are fleeting moments that we live while time stops and waits to grant our wish. We realize that those days spent alone bring back memories we hold dear, and feeling lonely we write another page, jutting them down to preserve their cheer. Brief memories are fleeting moments, and we chase them until they are gone, until we can't catch another glimpse; after twilight, they'll reappear in dreams.
