Breaths and Fireglow

in silence, we connect through gazes knitted by starlit eyes ablaze like dusk's luster wafting by the sill ... and we need not ramble in paraphrases of night’s canticle, while folded hands caress the rhythm of twilight's melody. how deftly breaths and fireglow understand our same tunes, our same wafting waves, gentle as entwined roots jutting out from your palms, my bosom… together, we feel the stillness of love from the same face, and if our flesh doesn’t chafe in the peeling of autumn’s chill , it’s because… we have been soul mates before time was ever born. A beautiful vision of love intense, explosive yet calm in its secure understanding of souls separate that together mesh. Your soul mate, wow how marvelous you describe this love. It seems the only thing that would surpass the love in this poem are the two lovers themselves. As always you release your God gifted voice with ease.

I like the softness of this poem and how it depicts the meaning of silence between kindred spirits. Nette, this is so adorable!

You have a charming way with metaphor and nuance. This reader has to work hard with understanding, but the effort is always rewarded. This is why, to my mind, you're one of the very best.Your sensitivity is wonderful. Love, daver

Blown, blown away! I like the second stanza;and to write like this one has to be tuned to that twin-soul wavelength. Impeccable poem that needs to be read again.

Lovely visuals backed by a tender flow of deep affection. It takes a lot of eloquence to write like this with a translucent effect. Seems you have a soul mate, Nette. I want! The scene is set well and deeper meanings emerge when one reads it all over again.
