Breath

Breath

	Deep breath in
Me—,  your friends and kin,
	Deep breath out
Di—,  let go without a spout,
	Deep breath in
Ta—,  forget where you’ve been,
        Deep breath out
Tion—,  no worries no doubts,

	It’s not about “Me”
It’s being from everything free,
	About letting the “Di”
Finding your most hidden Chi,
	And creating your “Ta”
Your inner innate person, your Ka,
	Then the personal “Tion”
Repeat and repeat until your done.
