Breaking Away

There was a time when we were together, Living with each other creating wonderful memories, Having fun going to the beach and playing in the backyard, Sitting down at the table and coloring with you, Every time I hear your voice it makes me want to cry, It’s just been that long since we looked each other in the eye, Even though you’re a thousand miles away your always in my heart, I’m just afraid to hear that one day you’ll be gone, Never to feel the same, I’ll always miss you and hope to see you again, Before we start going our separate ways, I’ll love you forever and this is a pain to say, It’s going to be a while before we get together one day.
