Break These Chains

I know there's pain, 
why do you lock your 
self up in these chains, 
dont ever let people, 
walk all over you, so
open your heart and 
your mind, and 
you'll break free from 
these chains, but
i know there's pain, 
by locking your self up
in these chains,
you'll need to break 
free from these chains,
to make a change
cause you know,
some day somebody,
is gonna walk in,
your life and make 
you wanna say good bye,
so hold on for one,
more day, so you can 
break free from
these chains.
