Break Free

This is just a solid body 
but in within i have a heart to feel
a mind to think, to learn and to act
to be a whole new being

Time has flown away
without me noticing 
I never thought i have lost so many time
yet, this bricks of walls surrounding me won't crumble

I was raised in a selfish kind of love
a chapter of life i won't dare to reopen
I have a future 
my fears kept me away from moving

I'm captivated 
I was wrong
I need something to hold on to
I need help

Sylvia Coulstock Date: 10/25/2010 11:33:00 AM A very emotional poem and so beautifully written.To have not known real love is so sad.We tend to build up defences to protect us from hurt,hence the 'brick wall.' But we need to find trust to allow us to remove one brick at a time to allow love in.If this is from you Mony and not just by you releasing feelings through such wonderful poetry as this can help and so can friends to share your words with.
