Braced Up To Be a Blessing
Braced-up beautifully by God
Builder of life along His benefits' bounty,
Bound am I to be a blessing*...
behaving in the Almighty's holiness
bearing Christ's cross
battling against flesh
beholding the Saviour's glory
bouncing toward triumphant service
...brave through the Lord's might
...burdened with stewardship's tasks
...bold to bare Scriptures' truth
...broken against arrogance
...bent to worship the King of kings now and forever!
*Zechariah 8:13 ...So will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
