Bows and Stilettos

I am in love with Colin Firth.

My friends snicker with such mirth.

Even watching the dear man stammer

Makes my heart start to hammer.

If an oscar he doesn't receive,

As he deserves, I believe,

I would be most happy to supply

A consolation prize for the guy.

Wrapping myself in a couple bows

And maybe a pair of stilettos.

Colin Firth should take a look at this. I'm sure he will be flattered. You describe everything here very nicely with some good rhyming.

Hillarious, Francine! Make sure you don't get the stick-on bows or you may be screaming, "Ouch!" Now you have me hoping Firth doesn't get the Oscar, so you can have some fun with him. Laugh-out-loud funny! Love, Carolyn (Soup mail in a minute.)
