For Bottle Garden Contest

Olive green bottle garden once beautified her perfect patio. Resplendent with venust foliage and pretty alpine flowering cacti. Sadly, with declining mobility its owner no longer ventures outdoors. Now grungy, its only visitors are two defecating pigeons.

I once had a glass bottle garden - So lovely it was meant for stardom - One day it sadly got smashed - When iniquitous eyes flashed - From one who doesn’t deserve a pardon… Belle

I can relate to "no longer ventures outdoors" as I'm getting older and the heat & humidity this time of year is near unbearable. That aside, an enchanting, little creative poem that stirs the heart and summer soul. Cheers, Terrell

the ending wont be appreciated by the sponsor as she detests my poop poetry but those who pull contests and change them at a whim aren't going to endear themselves to anyone lol:-) hugs Jan xx
