Bouncing baby boy she bore the family wept with joy but hunger made nice cakes and placed them in manger war flew to the nearby hill and raised red flag in welcome killer things came laughing dancing, breaking their waists bad governance sang hymns and composed advance eulogy prejudice sat on his throne and passed biased verdict racism raised colored lips and shouted vulgar words Born in Africa, birth day in Africa is joy full of nullity and uncertainty wrapped up carefully, consciously in happiness, hope and resilience
