Born from My Obsession
Subject of my obsession,
my life, my drug, my sweet poison,
destroying me with every passing second,
with no hope of ever having a chance.
My life slips away like the wind,
at a dizzying speed.
A smile upon my lips,
I wait for you
for an eternal embrace.
Is this truly a dream?
Do not wake me from it.
Let me take your hand and follow you, step by step.
It doesn’t matter where you take me,
as long as I am with you.
Take my life and carry me away.
Where you go, I will follow.
Oh, my master, here I am.
Oh, my life, my idyll,
my euphoria.
Like a burning kiss,
marked upon your skin
with the ink of my existence.
To love you, desire you, gaze upon you, admire you,
every single day, like a damned soul.
Destined for existence,
intoxicated by your words,
and forever etched, forever written
within my thoughts.
Upon my skin, I have drawn every one of your features,
from the finest strand of your hair
to the soles of your feet.
In vivid red, with the blood flowing through my veins.
I am the living canvas
of your ethereal beauty.
Allow me, my beloved, just once,
to come close to you,
to touch you, to taste you down to the bone,
even if my soul must be the price
for this morbid wish to come true:
to see you lying there, eyes closed,
pressed against me,
even without breathing,
but with me for all eternity.
This is what I feel, my beloved.
From my obsession is born
my hell of loving you.
It is nothing but pure love.
You cannot escape it.
For you, I have sold all of my humanity—
the greatest proof of love
I could ever give to my beloved.
And now you are chained to me,
our bodies made one.
I have signed a pact of eternity,
from the very beginning of my obsession,
my beloved.
