Bonie Lass O' Loch Ness

O' my bonie lass o' Loch Ness, Thou art so fair. As the rays that melt wi' the sun, And seyth fare-thee-weel to the moon bright, on this half night. Bidding my darlin bonie lass, o' Loch Ness Aye goodnight,' twere a heavenly sight. With hair of red, eyes so blue, I bid goodnight, adieu.

I love this poem, Phyllis. For some reason I was waiting for the Loch Ness monster to rear it's head, but I'm glad the bonnie lass was spared. Congratulations! Love, Carolyn

Interesting write. If this is for that contest, good luck.I am glad that I chose this one to read today. Thanks for stopping by my blog.In our state one can turn in a child that they don't want and no questions asked.I don't know why they have it up for adoption. Most of the time if they let DFAC know the child would be placed in foster care until adopted. One can get all kinds of help here like WICK for infants...Food Stamps..So there is help provided that they haven't been arrested for drugs..Sara
