Bluesy

Nails painted blue, hiding her eyes
Lost in her tears, softly she cries
The reason for her tears untold ~
Maybe something bad did unfold
Is someone close to her dying? 
Her hair's a mess, how she's crying! 
Hued textures and varied brush strokes
Unfiltered emotion evokes
Her raw anguish and pain is felt
Shoulders shaking, sorrow does melt
                shaken
          forsaken
      art
           stilted
                jilted
                    heart
Vulnerable virgules, soul bleeds
Torn in despair like tumbleweeds
The dappled play of coloured light
Her hopeless status does highlight
Makes one wonder what does she rue? 
Hiding her eyes, nails painted blue.
