Blue Struggle
Fragrant light from lemon leaves
Emanate and sit in the wet grass
Contour of your irresistible face
On the shadow laid by apple tree
However, you and I have shut our doors
Outside amidst the people and animals
Inside blue darkness of the sea shore and
The lemonish light yet make us vulnerable
Dense dank dark dew dripping inside
From the clouds under sheer starvation
My poignant apple leaves are glistening
In the jewels of sparkling raindrops
Are you too at this momentum of lemon
Now are handling our light in the dark
And emitting red electrons like the melon
To break open death and denial stark?
