Blue Mountain Holiday

Good memories with my young children, We were on Christmas holiday together. We skied the mountain together, What a good time we had. These were the early days of skiing, We were all dressed for the weather. With our ski clothes on we skied the mountain, We received our lift tickets. My sons became good skiers, They like to ski today and are accomplished. When I was in my early twenties I took a teacher's flight, I went to Austria, Julie Andrew's Salzburg. This is where I decided to take ski lessons, I passed on the tour of Salzburg. I learned to ski and after two weeks, We skied the Patscherkopfl, highest mountain in Austria. I remember driving two hours to get there, I thank God for getting us there safely. We had delicious foods at their restaurant, At the end of day we would go back to our place. Night time they had a lighted ski passage, That was very beautiful. Thankful we got home safely, God blesses us and I am thankful. Author: Gwen von Erlach Schutz.
