Blue Dinosaur

Little friend of mine,                                                                                                                                                                 we have such a wonderful time.
Everyone is so afraid of you,                                                                                                                                  even if you are just made of blue.
We play all day and night,                                                                                                                                      then we can sleep so tight.
In our dreams we play until we awake,                                                                                                                       then we go running down and play at the lake.
Before you know it the day is done,                                                                                                                             then there is no more fun.
Now it is time to sleep again,
so mommy can write our thoughts with a pen.
