Unseeking Seeker Poet Lay

Bliss Energised Stillness

There's no meditation technique,
when dancing with love, cheek to cheek
so hermit, just follow the heart,
resting thoughts, which is a learnt art
and doing nothing, let stillness
pave the way for joy and wellness,
keeping head and heart in balance,
engaged in life with nonchalance.

Employing innate zest and zeal,
presence feeling bliss beats appeal,
there's no doing we need to do,
as rapture within does renew.

We do nothing, God does everything, He enables. Trust Him.
