:blinded as the chalk dust blew:

  oblivion is nothing new ~ i’ve been there once and will go back too

  i awoke crying as sensations grew ~ til death rubbed out all i knew

  god only knows who’s really who ~ i’m bamboozled a sign could do

  blackboard equations esoteric and true ~ chalk dust for us to chew

  can’t see past these monokus ~ that’s okay try this existential clue 

  life blindly flails on through ~ to bumble and fumble like mr magoo

I’ll add that with life I often feel I’m playing a game I don’t really know the rules to. I’m blindly trying to keep score with the world and what goes on around me. Cheers - Gary Login to Reply David Kavanagh Date: 7/20/2024 5:51:00 AM You totally get my Monokus Gary, I wasn’t sure if anyone might share a similar outlook on life as I do, living really is the only possible reality imaginable, because we have to be alive to imagine, and what an impossible reality it throws up at us, everyday rules are one thing, but the overwhelming ones governing existence seem haphazard and at the mercy of luck, good, bad, and indifferent, thanks so much for looking in, cheers David
